Kraton raises TPE prices again

Houston, Texas -- Kraton has announced price increases for its SBS and SEBS materials in Europe, Africa and the Middle East .
The company said prices for all Kraton SEBS, and oil extended SEBS, polymers and compounds in the region will increase by euro 170 /tonne. The price increase will take effect no later than November 1, 2009, and may occur earlier as business conditions dictate.
Meanwhile prices for Kraton SBS and OE SBS polymers in the region will rise by euro 75 /tonne, across all markets and end uses. Subject to the terms of any applicable contracts, the price increase will take effect November 1, 2009.
On September 1, the company said prices for all Kraton SBS and OE SBS polymers in Europe, Africa and the Middle East would increase by euro 100 /tonne from october 1, 2009.
