ExxonMobil exhibits at Rubber Expo

Houston, Texas --ExxonMobil Chemical said it will showcase its ongoing commitment and technology leadership to the rubber industry at The Rubber Expo™ in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from October 13-15, 2009.
The company offers the rubber industry a broad portfolio of polymer solutions, including specialty elastomers, polymer modifiers (PM) and butyl polymers. At the conference, ExxonMobil Chemical will make a number of presentations that demonstrate its technology expertise across this product portfolio.
The company will present three papers at the event:
- Metallocene EPDM polymers with enhanced low temperature performance
- Comparisons of conventional and metallocene EP(D)M elastomers, and their binary blends, designed for low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) cable insulation
- An overview of polymerization processes for the manufacture of conventional and metallocene EPDM polymers.
The Rubber Division's Rubber Expo & 176th Technical Meeting takes place from October 13-15 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The event wil include a 100th Birthday Bash Reception on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009 from 5:15p.m. - 7:15 p.m.,
