Brand-based group enters Brazil's condom market

São Paulo, Brazil - A leading brand-based group, Hypermarcas has entered the condoms segment with the simultaneous acquisition of the brand Jontex and INAL, owner of the brands Olla and Lovetex, among others. Hypermercas desribed the condom market as, "one of the most profitable in the consumer goods market."
The transaction allies the strength of the brand Jontex, of Johnson & Johnson (J & J), with INAL, owner of the largest and most modern plant in Brazil, with high production capacity at low costs, and the brand Olla, associated with an image of modernity, with great appeal amongst the young public.
Hypermarcas is today the company with the most complete portfolio of brands in Brazil, being present in the Home Care, Personal Care, Food and OTC/Pharma segments.
