RWI agrees rubber insulation contract for Yas Island

Dubai, UAE - Rubber World Industries (RWI), manufacturer of Gulf-O-Flex - a closed-cell rubber insulation, has confirmed an insulation contract for for Yas Island, a 2500-sq.m leisure and tourist destination in Abu Dhabi.

The contract includes the the delivery of rubber products to insulate the entire development, RWI said 26 Oct.

According to RWI, Golf-O-Flex is “the only rubber insulation product in the market” that can prevent condensation or frost formation on refrigeration lines, cold water plumbing and chilled water systems. Designed for professional MEP contractors, the rubber insulation is non-toxic, lightweight and very easy to install, RWI said adding that Gulf-O-Flex has a 56 percent share in the Middle East rubber insulation market.
