US tyre recycler announces five-year plan

Salt Lake City, Utah -- Garb-Oil & Power Corp. has completed its restructuring and announced a five-year strategic plan.

Apart from substantially expanding its board, the company has said it will build its own plants in Waste Rubber and E-Scrap and other related fields as R&D permits; it will sell processed recycled products to the market as either primary raw material or as finished product and will continue to invest in R&D.
