Wyko espionage trial begins

Knoxville, Tennessee -- The trial has begun of two former employees of Wyko Inc for alleged espionage offences against Goodyear Tire & Rubber.
Co-defendants Sean Edward Howley and Clark Alan Roberts are accused of conspiring to steal trade secrets from the Goodyear plant in Topeka Kansas in May 2007.
U.S. Magistrate Judge C. Clifford Shirley is expected to rule within a month.
