London -- The Rubber in Engineering Group of the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining (IOM3) will hold a meeting titled, SMART Elastomers on Friday 11th December 2009 at IOM headquarters, 1 Carlton House Terrace, London from 2pm-4:30pm.
