Middlebury, Connecticut -- Chemtura Corp. is adding capacity 4,000 metric tons per year to its global antioxidant business by expanding at Gulf Stabilizer Industries, its joint venture facility in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
Total capacity at the Al Jubail site will increase to 21,000 metric tons per year, with the new capacity coming on stream in 2010.
Engineering work has already started, the company said.
