Bratislava, Slovakia -- CBp Carbon Industries, Inc and Carbon Green Inc. have agreed a share swap involving CBp Carbon's wholly-owned subsidiary, Greenwood Commerce Ltd.
The result will be that Carbon Green will own Greenwood, while CBp will take around 8 million shares in Carbon Green. The two companies will also work more closely together.
