NR goes above $3.00/kg in Tokyo

Tokyo -- The price of the six-month contract for NR rose above yen 272 ($3.03)/kg on the Tokyo Commodities market (Tocom) earlier today.

Prices in Singapore were slightly lower, at around $2.95/kg for RSS3 and $2.88 for TSR-20
