H-F to announce new structure and branding in Feb

Freudenberg, Germany -- Harburg Freudenberger is to announce a new company structure next February.

H-F is the world's biggest supplier of machinery to the tyre and rubber industry. Following the downturn and the acquisition of Pomini and Farrel, the company has re-structured its operations and will present the new structure tocustomers and business partners on 8 February 2010, the day before the Tire Technology Expo opens.

H-F has created a single group, known as HF Mixing group, which will manage three brands -- Harburg-Freudenberger Maschinenbau GmbH; Farrel Corporation and Pomini Rubber & Plastics Srl
