Bridgestone signs pipe conveyor deal with Greenbank
ERJ staff report (DS)
Woodville, Derbyshire -- The Greenbank Group UK Ltd has signed a Technical Collaboration Agreement with Bridgestone Corporation, Tokyo in relation to the design and supply of pipe conveyor systems for the materials handling industry.
The agreement will see Bridgestone provide Greenbank's Materials Handling division with technical services for Greenbank Pipe Conveyor solutions which incorporate Bridgestone's world-class belt design.
Pipe conveyors provide considerable environmental and economic advantages over traditional bulk material transport methods. By using an enclosed belt system, pipe conveyors minimise dust generation, protect from contamination, and prevent spillages whilst also accommodating steeper inclines and requiring much less floor space than a conventional belt design.
Greenbank Materials Handling offer a full range of belt materials to suit most bulk handling products and a design and installation service that delivers cost effective, innovative solutions for complex transportation problems.
