Ansell names two to top posts

Red Bank, New Jersey -- A realignment of Ansell Ltd.'s worldwide organisation has brought about two new appointments to the firm's global executive leadership team.
Steve Genzer, formerly with 3M, has been named to the newly created post of senior vice president of operations. He will head up the end-to-end supply units, including manufacturing, sourcing, procurement, warehousing, logistics and transportation.
He has almost 20 years of experience in the use of lean manufacturing and operations. He'll be based at the rubber latex glove maker's US headquarters in Red Bank.
Peter Dobbelsteijn was appointed senior vice president and regional director of Europe, Middle East and Africa. With more than 20 years experience in the field, he'll be responsible for developing and improving sales in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, and for a variety of businesses.
Before joining Ansell, he was with Newell Rubbermaid, where he headed up the EMEA North Central region. He'll be responsible for sales and trade marketing, warehousing and logistics in the region, and will be based in the company's EMEA headquarters in Brussels.
