Anvis restructures in wake of crisis

Steinau an der Straße, Germany -- Anvis Deutschland GmbHhas appointed Othmar von Diemar as management speaker. Von Diemar will take over the areas of quality management and human resources within the Anvis Group as well as the overall responsibility for the company development.
Further members of the management include Christian Haberger, responsible for finance, Sylvain Broux, responsible for operations and purchasing, as well as Dr. Markus Wittmann, responsible for sales and development. The management team will be supported by Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), Philipp von Seherr-Thoss, a member of the Arques operations team. Anvis is 90 percent owned by Arques.
The previous managing director, Olaf Hahn, will be leaving the company.

The reorganisation of the management has paved the way for Anvis to become a sustainably efficient and profitable group and to further strengthen its position in the international automobile supplier market“, said Hans Gisbert Ulmke, chairman of the Arques Industries AG executive board.
The Anvis Group was founded in 2000 as a joint venture (Woco Michelin AVS) and sold to Arques Industries AG in 2007.
