Bio-tech company Gevo announces IPO

San Diego, California -- Bio-technoogy company Gevo Inc has filed documents with the US-based Securities and Exchange Commission in preparation for a $150 million initial Public Offering.
Gevo has a process which makes Isobutanol from plant materials and separates the chemical from the resulting biological soup. Isobutanol is a precursor for many chemicals including rubber.
