Trelleborg AB creates nominations committee for 2011 AGM
Trelleborg, Sweden - Trelleborg AB, the diversified Swedish rubber product maker, has created a nominations committee to develop proposals for the election of board members at its 2011 annual general meeting.
The move, initiated at the firm's 2010 AGM in April, sees the nomination of five representatives of major shareholders to the committee: Rolf Kjellman, Henry and Gerda Dunkers Foundation; Henrik Didner, Didner & Gerge Funds; Ramsay Brufer, Alecta; Johan Held, AFA Insurance; and Thomas Eriksson, Swedbank Robur Funds.
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Trelleborg, Sweden, on April 20, 2011.
