Another Hutchinson man takes over at SNCP

Paris -- Christian Leys was elected, on January 18th, 2011, to the presidency of the French rubber manufacturers' association (SNCP)

Leys, 62 is currently corporate director of European automotive activities of Hutchinson SA. He also manages Hutchinson plant of Chalette sur Loing.

He replaces his colleague, Thierry du Granrut, who is Director of the strategic planning department at Hutchinson.

SNCP represents 90 member companies, both SMEs and large businesses which process rubber (tyres, general rubber goods, adhesive tapes) or supply raw materials representing 160 locations and 40 000 emplyees.
