Mesnac to launch high uniformity car TBM

Cologne, Germany -- Mesnac, the Chinese machinery maker is in the final stages of introducing a new single-stage tyre building machine aimed at high volume markets. The new P-Pro machine is designed for maximum uniformity. The Europe-based design team focussed on every aspect of the machine where non-uniformities are intriduced and claim to have developed a machine which can deliver excellent throughput and high quality resuclts at an affordable price.
The unit is aimaed at passenger, light truck and SUV tyres. The first machine is being shipped to a customer in China in the near future and the team at Cologne are excited by the possibilities of the project. it has a Bead range from 13†to 20†and a cycle time (185/65R15 single ply) of around 49 seconds.
