NR now above $6.30 in Tokyo

London -- Rubber prices jumped to new all-time highs on Thursday on supply fears.
In Tokyo, Tocom's benchmark six-month price hit yet another record high of yen 530.6 ($6.35) before retreating to yen 528.8 ($6.32) per kg, in late trading on Thursday 17 Feb. contracts for March delivery rose above Yen 544 ($6.??)
In Singapore short-dated RSS3 closed at yet another record high of $6.48 in thin trading. Short-dated TSR20 also closed down slightly at $5.76 / kg .
Indian prices on the NMCE (National Multi-Commodity Exchange) rose slightly, closing at Rs 262.1 ($5.78)/kg for June delivery.
Chinese prices on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SFE) eased very slightly, with some April contracts trading at yuan 42.3/kg ($6.42).
