Investor sues over Green Rubber claims

Los Angeles, California -- An investor named Nader Sherif is suing actor Mel Gibson over financial transactions relating to the Green Rubber company based in Malaysia and founded by Vinod Sekhar.
The suit, filed as case No SC112998 in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles, alleges that Gibson told the plaintiff that any investments would be returned if the Sherif requested his money back. This proomise was not fulfilled, so Sherif id suing Gibson for the amount - some $200 000.
