ERJ staff report (DS)
Dublin, Ireland -- Koncept Analytics has published a new report titled, Global Synthetic Rubber Market Report: 2011 Edition. The 42-page report was first published in June 2011 and is available for a price of around Euro 650, depending on delivery options.
The publishers say, "The global synthetic rubber production and consumption has been increasing significantly over the last few years. However, there was a dip in the production as well as consumption in 2009 due to financial crisis. Of the global butadiene demand, Butadiene Rubber (BR) accounts for major share by usage. China is the largest producer as well as consumer of synthetic rubber. China also produces significant quantity of Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) which is the most important type of synthetic rubber. Japan also undertakes significant production of SBR. In Japan, the major producer of synthetic rubber is JSR. "
