Beijing -- A report on China's CRIA (China Rubber Industry Association) website explains the implications of the country's second five-year plan on the country's rubber industry.
The guidelines highlight an urgent need to address the development of the rubber industry over the period.
Points to note are the plan recommends further restrictions on the ability to increase truck tyre production, and actively supports the high-performance radial tyre development for energy saving.
