Houston, Texas -- Kraton polymers has announced price increases for its SBS styrenic block copolymers or "SBCs," in different regions around the world. Subject to the terms of any applicable contracts, these price increases will take effect August 1, 2011.
In Europe, Africa and the Middle East the increase is Euro 100/MT for Kraton SBS and OE SBS polymers and compounds.
In the Americas the increase is 287 USD/MT, or 13 cpp for Kraton SBS and OE SBS polymers and compounds.
In the Asia Pacific region the increase is 200 USD/MT for Kraton SBS, and OE SBS polymers and compounds.
