On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract fell by yen 8 overnight, trading at yen 376 ($4.64 per kg on Thursday 7 July. Shorter-dated prices also declined to around yen 390.

In Singapore, SGX said September RSS3 was down around $0.03 on Tuesday's prices at around $4.75. TSR 20 for delivery in Jan 2012 was trading at $4.74.

In India, the NMCE saw July deliveries rise by a fraction of a rupee, to around Rs213.8 ($4.81) per kilo

In China, the Shanghai Futures Exchange also saw prices unchanged, with July deliveries trading at around Yuan 33.7 ($5.21) per kilo
