Beijing - Chinese observer Cao Qingxin has written a long piece on China's future direction in scrap tyres. The piece appeard in Chinese language on the China Rubber Industry Association (CRIA) website
The piece argues that China can usefully burn scrap tyres as an energy source. This would follow the intention behind a 2009 Chinese law which promotes recycling, re-use and reduction.
