NR prices on Thur 28 July - still above $5

On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract moved down by yen 5 overnight, trading at yen 391 ($5.03) per kg on Wednesday 26 July. Shorter-dated prices also moved down by around yen 6 to around yen 383.

In Singapore, SGX said trading was very quiet, with August 2011 deliveries trading around $4.86. TSR 20 for delivery in December 2011 was also down by around $0.08 at $4.72.

In India, the NMCE saw September deliveries fall by about 2 rupee to around Rs 206.9 ($4.70) per kilo

In China, the Shanghai Futures Exchange saw prices fall by a fraction of a yuan, with August deliveries trading at around Yuan 34.5 ($5.35) per kilo
