NR prices on Fri 29 July - still above $5

On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract moved down by yen 5 overnight, trading at yen 386 ($5.00) per kg on Friday 29 July. Shorter-dated prices also moved down by around yen 2 to around yen 381.

In Singapore, SGX said trading was very quiet, with November 2011 deliveries closing at $4.89. TSR 20 for delivery in December 2011 wclosed up around $0.03 at $4.75.

In India, the NMCE saw September deliveries fall by about a fraction of a rupee to around Rs 206.3 ($4.66) per kilo

In China, the Shanghai Futures Exchange saw prices rise by a fraction of a yuan, with August deliveries trading at around Yuan 34.6 ($5.37) per kilo
