EnviroKats turns tyres to cat litter
ERJ staff report (LMH)
London - US company EnviroKats has come up with a novel way of recycling tyres - turning them into reusable cat litter.
The cat litter is made from 100 percent recycled materials and it is 100 percent reusable, EnviroKats said on its website. The rubber crumb cat litter can be washed, cleaned and reused.
EnviroKats said that its patent pending product helps reduce the number of used tyres that are clogging landfills, and it also prevents cat litter being thrown out and into landfills.
