Airboss of America reports record earnings in Q1, H1

Newmarket, Ontario -- AirBoss of America Inc. has reported record earnings for the six months and the three months ended 30 june 2011.
The company said Rubber compounding volumes increased by 11 percent while revenues increased by 37 percent reflecting price increases required to pass along raw material increases.
AirBoss revealed net sales of $77.54 million in the three months, up from $60.98 million in the same perios a year ago. For the six months, sales were $147.8 million, up from $112.1 million.
Pre-tax profit (EBITDA) for the three months was $8.00 million, up from $5.64 million. In the six months, EBITDA was $15.99 million, up from $11.95 million.
AirBoss of America Corp. develops, manufactures, and sells rubber-based products to military and industrial markets. The Company claims to be a world leader in the development and production of CBRN
