Freudenberg to show seal technology at IAA

Frankfurt, Germany -- Sealing technology from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies features in many models being unveiled at the IAA International Motor Show

Seals from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies are used in many models including VW's city car Up, the second generation of the BMW 1 series, the Mercedes B-Class, or the family-friendly Opel Zafira Tourer, to name but a few. However, Freudenberg technology also features strongly in the trendy Mini coupe, the powerful BMW M5 (an executive sedan with V8 racing car power), and the diesel hybrid crossover Peugeot 508 RXH.

Modern sealing technology has huge potential in this respect and can make a valuable contribution to the environmental impact and sustainability of vehicles. Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, the Technology Specialist, has given these solutions a name: "Low-Emission Sealing Solutions" (LESS).
