IISRP publishes 2011 statistics book

Houston, Texas -- The International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers (IISRP) has published the 2011 edition of Worldwide Rubber Statistics.

This edition of the book, which has been published annually for more than 30 years, contains the joint IISRP/IRSG forecast for synthetic rubber.

It also has revisions to other elastomer type capacities as the synthetic rubber market continues to change.

The IISRP said the 90-page, book provides a comprehensive analysis of capacity by elastomer type, by geographical distribution, and by corporate ownership.

It also features a graphics section that emphasizes statistics and a section on capacities of synthetic rubber production facilities throughout the world, including a section on planned and announced expansions of synthetic rubber plants, the group said.
