Hankook's Optimo 4S named top all-season tyre in winter tyre test

Daventry, UK - Hankook says its Optimo 4S has been voted best all-season tyre by the Auto Express tyre guide.

The South Korean company said its Optimo 4S tyre is suitable for motorists who do not want to fit a set of winter tyres to their vehicles.

The Auto Express winter tyre guide saw a range of nine winter and all-season tyres put to the test in a series of challenges on snow, in the wet and in dry conditions, Hankook said in a 21 Oct news release.

The company said the tyre was hailed a 'Jack-of-all-trades' by Auto Express magazine beating winter tyre rivals in dry braking performance and showing impressive handling on the track, particularly in the wet and dry tests.
