IISRP recruits new director of special programs

Houston, Texas -- Roxanna Bauza-Petrovic, formerly with Dynasol

LLC, has joined the staff of the International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers,

Inc. effective today and will serve as the Director of Programs.

Bauza-Petrovic will succeed Dr. Kuo-Liang Leon Loh who will be joining the Lanxess TSRC

joint venture as their CEO in Nantong China.

Bauza-Petrovic's career began at Industrias Negromex, S.A. de C.V. in 1999 where she

held a number of positions until 2003 when she transferred to Dynasol, LLC as their

marketing specialist.
