Manuli's U.S. unit taps Amazon Hose to service Florida

Orlando, Florida -- Manuli Hydraulics (Americas) Inc. has named Orlando-based Amazon Hose and Rubber Co. as its premier distributor for the state of Florida.

Manuli Rubber Industries, located in Milan, Italy, is a producer of hydraulic hose and fittings, with North American sales and distribution handled by Manuli Hydraulics (Americas) out of Warrendale, Pa. The firm aims its products at heavy-duty working conditions and its hose can handle pressures up to 6,000 psi, Manuli said.

Amazon Hose operates distribution centers in Orlando, Tampa and Miami to sell hose, fittings and other rubber products. President/Owner Summer Rodman said being a Manuli premier distributor “gives us an entry into the high-pressure hydraulic hose market, ultimately broadening our capabilities for our loyal customer base.”
