Magna rolls out Made in Holland earthmover tIre

Waalwijk, The Netherlands – Magna Tyres is now producing its 29.5R25 Magna M-Terrain E4/L4 tire at its plant in The Netherlands, the company has announced. 

Also produced at the company’s overseas facilities, the OTR tire has been part of its Magna M-Terrain line-up for many years, according to the 24 Aug statement.

“Demand from the market for Made in Holland tyres is increasing strongly, in particular the size 29.5R25,” Magna Tyres stated.

The product, it noted, raises “the number of sizes in the M-Terrain series rises to three, and hence complements the 25” Made in Holland line-up.”

Magna Tyres added that it is now able to deliver Made in Holland tires ranging from 17.5R25 to 29.5R25.

Developed for medium/large wheel loaders and articulated dump trucks, the Dutch-made E4/L4 tire carries a EUR.1 certificate. 

This certification enables customers in countries such as the US, Brazil and Turkey to import the 29.5R25 M-Terrain at a reduced or nil rate of import duty under trade agreements between the EU.

Magna Tyres said bringing back part of the 25” tire production to its Dutch factory had proved to be an "excellent decision," with demand for products in this line-up rising rapidly. 

“With this latest release of the 29.5R25 E4/L4 tyre we serve to anticipate on current and future needs from our major Mining & Earthmoving customers, the company concluded.
