Paris – Hutchinson SA is to cut its global workforce by almost 3,000, according to trade union the French Democratic Confederation of Labour (CFDT).
The move will affect 1,000 employees in France, said a recent CFDT statement
The union, however, also noted that the job cuts at the rubber and plastics components maker are ‘before operational activities return to normal in 2023.’
