Both events have been delayed due to the global Covid-19 pandemic

Organised by the Indian Rubber Institute, the 2020 edition of IRC was set to be held 15-17 October in Chennai, India.
The event, which will be themed around sustainable technology, innovation and mobility, has now been postponed to an as-of-yet unannounced date.
RubberCon2020, which is a smaller and more specialised event, has also been postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Organised by the French rubber association (AFICEP), the conference was to be held 4-5 June in Paris with focus on environment and recycling. The organisers have not announced new dates for the event.
Both the IRC and RubberCon events are held within the framework of the International Rubber Conference Organisaiton (IRCO), which is an association of rubber societies from around the world.
