Appointments to take effect after company AGM scheduled for June
Kiyosu, Japan – Toyoda Gosei’s board of directors has named company veterans Naoki Miyazaki and Toru Koyama as the chairman and president, it was announced 23 March.
The appointments will be made official at the company’s 97th general shareholders’ meeting scheduled for June 2020, the Japanese automotive supplier said.
Currently the president and representative director at Toyoda Gosei, Miyazaki will take over the position of chairman after the June AGM.
Koyama, presently executive VP, will replace Miyazaki as the president, to become the first company employee to take the top job in 38 years.
