Walter Koppensteiner takes over as the new chairman with immediate effect
Vienna – Semperit AG has named Walter Koppensteiner as the new chairman of the supervisory board following the resignation of Peter Edelmann.
Edelmann, said Semperit in a 9 Jan statement, resigned from his position with immediate effect, but will remain a member of the supervisory board.
The company release did not give further details on Edelmann’s decision.
Dr Koppensteiner he has been a member of the supervisory board of Semperit AG since 2012.
Dr Stefan Fida remains deputy chairman of the supervisory board.
