Job vacancy advert: Key Account Manager

SPC Group has posted the following vacancy advert for: 

Key Account Manager

The successful candidate will have:

Primary contact for all issues or requests for designated key account customers  

Overall responsibility for costings and Price list implementation for designated Key account customers 

Responsibility for achieving profitability targets for designated key account customers  

Involvement in negotiations on materials and strategic purchasing relevant to key account customers 

Regular visits (at least monthly) to all key account customers 

Expectation to liaise with all internal departments, to ensure the delivery of key account measurables. 

Proactively work with SPC technical team to develop formulae for key account customers 

Expectation to grow account share, where appropriate, for key account customers 

Expectation to effectively manage customer trials and produce documented feed back 

You will be primarily based at the SPC Westbury site in Wiltshire, UK, but this function will also include international travel when required.
