Hamburg, Germany – Krahn Chemie Group has reached an agreement with Eigenmann & Veronelli SpA to distribute the company's processing aids and special plasticisers in several European countries.
Part of the Lincol series, the special plasticisers are primarily used for rubber like ACM, AEM, CR, BR, SBR and EPDM, said Krahn Chemie in a statement 9 Sept.
The Lincol range of products perform well at both high and low temperatures and improve the compression set, the statement added.
The processing aids for rubber compounding are sold under the Polyplastol series and have a wide range of features.
Amongst others, the products improve flow characteristics and release effects, facilitate extrusion, calendaring and injection moulding and can also be used for enhancing the surface of rubber articles.
The distribution rights cover Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Romania, Luxembourg, France, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
“The Lincol and Polyplastol products are widely recognised and show an outstanding performance… [and] enables us to offer our customers even more individual solutions,” said Patrick Hus, product manager, Krahn Chemie Deutschland.
