MacLellan adds colour options for food-safe rubber

Wolverhampton, UK – MacLellan Rubber has expanded colour options on its food-grade moulded rubber sheets with a recent delivery of sheets in colours blue, green, yellow and red.

The colour options were developed to enable traceability and track usage across different sections of food production plants, said the UK-based supplier of rubber sheeting and products 12 July.

The materials will be converted into various sized seals for use in pipelines and production equipment, MacLellan added.

Tested and certified independently, the products are fully compliant to EC1935:2004 and are nitrosamine-free, ADI-free, Bisphenol A (BPA) free, , according to MacLellan.
