Rome, Georgia – Pirelli has updated its range of all-season tires for SUVs and crossovers in the North American market with the introduction of the new Scorpion Verde All Season Plus II, the company announced 27 June.
The tire, said Pirelli, features a new tread compound offering improved overall performance in wet conditions and dry handling, while maintaining mileage, comfort, noise and winter performance of the previous generation.
The product also has an optimised footprint: a larger, rebalanced contact patch for improved wet braking and handling in a variety of conditions.
The new all-season tire is now available in 32 sizes, the full 40 size range will be available by September.
