Marangoni integrates retread lines, launches new range

Rovereto, Italy – Marangoni Retreading Systems has completed the full integration of its European product lines, ‘significantly reducing’ the complexity of its products and overlaps.

As part of the process, the Italian retreading systems supplier has launched a new precured-tread range in Europe, which only includes two of the company’s brands.

The new range, featuring PRL and UniTread, reflects a “rationalisation” process in the company’s production and commercial operations, Marangoni said 10 June.

The premium PRL series has been enhanced by “new and modern” tread lines, which incorporate high-performing compounds, featuring “BLK” (Blackline) marking.

The PRL Blackline products, said Marangoni, “guarantee the best performance” in fuel consumption, durability and grip in all road conditions.

Meanwhile, Marangoni is still offering some of the “important products” of its previous Kontur brand within the PRL range.

UniTread’s range has been redesigned as a low-cost option and features a standard and a basic line, the company explained.
