People: Henniges appoints chief financial officer

Auburn Hills, Michigan – Henniges Automotive has hired L. Brooks Mallard as its chief financial officer.

Mallard joins Henniges from Jeld-Wen where he served as executive vice president and CFO for four years.

He also has finance-related experiences with TRW, Cooper Industries, Thomas & Betts and Briggs & Stratton during his 25-year career.

"Brooks has an impressive career that spans a number of diverse sectors within the industry,” Henniges CEO Larry Williams said in a statement.
