Milan, Italy - The Silicone Elastomers and Thermoplastic Elastomer World Summit will be studying the latest developments in the industry, including innovation, regulations, supply chain as well as new technologies.
The summit, organised by Smithers Rapra, will be held 27-28 November in Milan, with over 250 professional expected to attend the event.
This year, the conference will also include a session dedicated to the automotive industry. The session will assess the latest material trends, requirements for suppliers, the future for autonomous vehicles and the electric car revolution.
Speakers from Volkswagen AG, RD Abbott Co., Silicones Europe, University of Warwick as well as Teknor Apex will be presenting on topics such as application of liquid silicone rubber (LSR) in 3D printing, impact of regulations on silicone production and trends in TPE markets.
