Newbury, UK – Lanxess AG has named Jacques Perez as the new country representative in the UK and managing director of Lanxess Holding UK, effective 1 October.
Perez, who has been serving as the Lanxess country manager in India since May 2014, will be replacing Kim O’Connor, who will retire at the end of October.
Lanxess has approximately 350 employees in the UK, with five production sites in Baxenden, Branston, Deeside, Sudbury and Trafford Park in Manchester.
The company’s production portfolio in the UK includes blending of inorganic pigments, manufacturing of biocidal products as well as urethane prepolymers, plastic additives and flame retardants amongst others.
