This picture was published in our archive edition of 17 Oct 1931 with the caption reading: "The very curious vehicle depicted above was invented by a Swiss engineer. A tiny motor rotates a rubber tire which can travel at 20mph. The inventor has already covered 12,000 miles on his 'motorwheel'".
