Ulvila, Finland – The board of Cimcorp Oy has appointed Masatoshi Wakabayashi as the company’s CEO to replace Martti Artama,.
The company said that the appointment was made in March – following Cimcop’s acquisition by Murata Machinery Ltd in October2014.
“It has become more and more obvious that Cimcorp and Muratec have great opportunities to benefit from each other’s strengths and competencies,” said the release adding that Wakabayashi’s appointment would “further encourage this cooperation.”
Despite the takeover, the Finnish Group said it would continue its business as an independent company under the Cimcorp name.
