Executive changes at Toyoda Gosei

Kiyosu, Japan – Toyoda Gosei has promoted Tadashi Arashima to chairman of the board and representative director of the company at a meeting on 28 April.

Arashima is currently the president and representative director of Toyoda Gosei, according to a company release.

Also promoted is Naoki Kiyazaki, who becomes president and representative director and Masayoshi Ichikawa as the executive vice president and representative director.

The appointments will be officially determined at the general shareholder’s meeting of the company due in June and subsequent board of directors meeting.
